Creemore Clock and Watch Company is Canada’s most unique time-keeping shop and is also considered the Canadian Museum of Time. It is a family business that has been a part of the Creemore landscape since 1991. The family consists of John Durrant, his wife Nancy, son Andrew and Andrew’s partner, Devikata.
The shop was originally located at 148 Main Street, now the home of Affairs Catering Bakery and Café. In 2006, the business relocated to their present location of 2 Elizabeth Street West in Creemore. Creemore Clock and Watch Co also has two satellite locations at the Barrie Antiques
Market and the 400 Flea Market.
John Durrant has earned the distinguished title of Antiquarian Horologist and specializes in antique clock and watch restoration and repair. He is also a member of the National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors.
John and his family offer a variety of unique and valued services all across Ontario, Canada and the world, from the sale and repair of unique and antiquarian time pieces as well as specialized services such as Grandfather Clock repair, restoration and storage, to antique Phonograph repair, restoration and sale.
